A guide on how to unlock your Wandering Minstrel Hat Blueprint from the Al De Baran Headgears NPC in Ragnarok M: Eternal Love. |
Wandering Minstrel Hat
Stats:STR +5
DMG to Demi-human race +5%
Katar Equipped - Atk +4%
Refine Level +1 - DMG of Sonic Blow +1%
Your character, as well as everyone else's characters, are considered of the Demi-human race and thus, this headgear is the perfect damage booster choice for your back headgear despite an affinity with SinX classes. (If you're an SB Katar SinX, all the better.) You could always opt for other back headgears depending on the stats that you're looking for or just deposit the headgear for its passive boost below. In either case, you'll still need to unlock it at some point (or completionist) and therefore, this guide and why you should go through
Attribute Rewards:
Deposit - Dmg to Demi-Human +4%
Crafting - Max HP +21
Materials:
Wandering Minstrel Hat Blueprint 1pc.
Temporal Crystal 2479 pcs.
Key of Clock Tower 15 pcs.
Rose Quartz 15 pcs.
Clock 760 pcs.
Once you have the materials needed (wow look at you), its blueprint can be purchased from the Time Gift NPC in Al De Baran, right beside the entrance to the Clock Tower dungeon (or center of the Al De Baran map). This NPC accepts Tattered Time Pointers as currency to purchase blueprints from her shop which can be farmed from the various mobs in Clock Tower 1F, Clock Tower 2F, and Clock Tower B1.
Of course, like the Devil Wing and Gold Christmas Bell recipes, the Wandering Minstrel Hat blueprint is locked until you achieve its required title, "Back in Time," in your Adventure Book. As always, you'll be hunting special-named mobs, collecting shinies, finishing minstrel quests, and hunting SMVPs.
Brief Summary:
- Finish 3 Al De Baran Minstrel Quests.
- Finish 3 Elite Al De Baran Quests at base levels 90, 91, and 92.
- Collect all shinies and/or Star icons on your Al De Baran maps and unlock 4 collections.
- Complete 2 Clock Tower Collections (or collect drops from special-named mobs in CT 1F and CT 2F).
- Finally, hunt 3 SMVPs (Time Keepers: Past, Present, and Future) for three weeks in CT 2F.
Note II: To repeat, this is a more concise and summarized version of unlocking blueprints. For further instructions or clarifications, please refer to the Devil Wing Recipe Unlock guide on the blog site as the mechanics are mostly the same. I would also recommend unlocking your Devil Wings first to dip your toes into the
Requirements:
- At least base level 90
- Green Stamina
- Tanky character or check from time to time since people like to lure Guardian mobs to people.
- Knowledge or know-how of unlocking Map-specific titles, ie. Glast Heim Titles.

Quest: Clock Tower Story - Destruction
Quest: Clock Tower Story - Knell
Shiny quests! You know the drill: collect shiny loots on your minimap; hand them to their respective NPCs; activate them in your inventory; then in your Adventure Book Collections tab. The final piece is usually handed to you by the NPC and is usually pinged on your minimap. Double check your collections for info on missing pieces (descriptions are usually on point, also, that's a hell lot of usually's lol).
Time Explorer Title
Quest: Clock Tower Story - NightmareShiny Quest Samedt. Check Clock Tower Explorer Title if you completely glazed over reading and forgot what to do
Quest: Clock Tower Story - Phantom
Appealing to Time Title
Quest: Mogarda - TimeOur favorite minstrel quests are back to haunt us some more, and this time: with questions! You can either revisit Minstrels across the maps of Rune Midgard and refresh your memory on Bard stories to answer Al De Baran's minstrel questions or just highlight the answers below
Quest: Legend of the Werewolf
Quest: Mosman Time
Mogarda - Time answers: Dracula, Hand of Goddess, Che.
Legend of the Werewolf answers: Knight, The Raging One, Young Commander.
Mosman Time answers: Assassin Cross, Royal Guardian, Geffen.
(The) Riddle of Time Title
Quest: Every Second Counts"Every Second Counts" and "Save Roger" appear on your minimap once you reach base level 90 and 91, respectively. Elite quests are the purple exclamation points. "Couple of Trouble" is hidden and has to be activated manually.
Quest: Save Roger
Quest: Couple of Trouble
Visit the area marked on the minimap above and tap on a Red Candle on the ground. The Helena NPC is marked on the second minimap though you'll see her as soon as you exit the Clock Tower 1F dungeon to Al De Baran. Also, I'm not sure if its the same for all accounts but the answer is Right (highlight for the answer) for Clock Tower Witch Saydee.
