As there are quite a few things scheduled for the month, I thought I would organize them based on what the events are and from what dates they will be running and ending (and because the event announcement is just pure chaos). Further details will be added if needed though playing through the events as they arrive should give you a basic idea of what they are, what items are dropping, and etc. Let's not spoil the surprise! (ie. IDK what's going to happen too. xD)
Note:
- Events start and end at daily reset time (5AM +7GMT)
- Remember to always use your main (in one account) whenever accepting or receiving rewards and quests
EVENT QUESTS
January 31 - February 14
- Spring Festival Mission - You have until February 14 to start the mission and until February 21 to finish its 7-day quest chain. Head to Prontera Square (between Adventurer HQ and Cathedral) and look for "The Year of the Pig" NPC to start the quest.

January 31 - February 18
- Shito Investigation - You only have until February 18 to accept the mission and until February 28 to finish it, presumably a 5-day quest chain. Head to Prontera Fountain (near Mission Board) and look for Kiku NPC to start the quest.
DAILIES
January 31 - February 21
- Year of the Pig - All mobs, except mission and instance mobs, ie. ET, will drop extra loots: Year of the Pig Red Pack and Celebration Firecrackers. Completing Mission Boards, Training Grounds, and Rifts will reward Celebration Firecrackers as well. Celebration Firecrackers are used as currencies in the Spring Festival Gift Shop.
February 4 - February 11
- Free Kafra Services - Teleport and Storage.
- Mission Board Double Rewards - Celebration Firecrackers might be awarded after completing all 10 missions and quite possibly not be affected by double rewards.
February 11 - February 18
- Endless Tower Double Rewards - Save up your loots and use them for the following week's double guild contribution.
February 18 - February 25
- Guild Contribution Double Rewards - It's that time again when Exchange prices fluctuate.
DAILY DUNGEON

TOKYO-3 INSTANCE DUNGEON
Tokyo 3 is an instanced dungeon for parties that changes your character temporarily to either Unit-01 or Unit-02 as you race against the clock to defeat 3 Instance Bosses.

Tokyo-3 Rewards
- This is a dungeon that rewards 5 NERV Commendation Chest for your first successful run in one account. (I'm assuming you can get the reward daily.)
- Depending on the amount of EVA headgears or costumes you unlock during the event, you'll also get additional NERV commendation chests:
- 1 unlocked, receive 1 extra NERV Commendation Chest
- 3 unlocked, receive 2 extra NERV Commendation Chest
- 5 unlocked, receive 3 extra NERV Commendation Chest
- 7 unlocked, receive 4 extra NERV Commendation Chest
- 9 unlocked, receive 5 extra NERV Commendation Chest
- There are also 4 separate ranks which you can unlock depending on how fast you clear the dungeon. Presumably, you can only get the rank rewards once (will check again tomorrow).

- Both Unit's 4th Slot is for changing in-between the two mechas with a 60-second cooldown.
- Key takeaway is that Violet's buffs apply only to Red and vice versa, Red's buffs apply only to Violet.

Dungeon Mechanics
- Immediately after spawn, you will transform to either Unit-01 or Unit-02.
- Disable auto-attack. Auto-attack will trigger your 4th skill (Change to either Unit-01 or Unit-02) and has a 60-second cooldown.
- Head to the circle on the minamap ASAP and a pop-up will appear.
- Based on the pop-up, it is safe to assume that bosses are randomized and team compositions from one playthrough might not apply on the next. Pay attention to the pop-up and change your team composition accordingly. I'm also assuming boss mechanics change since we tried to do what other guides suggested and sometimes it would work but other times the boss' HP wouldn't melt fast enough.
- Note, that the third boss changes immunities (around ~half hp).
- We'll refer to non-damaging units as "supports" while preferred damaging units as "attackers."
- Buffing (or the third skill) will be the main priority of Supports while attacking (or the second skill) will be the main priority of Attackers. Spam these skills. Try to throw in a normal attack whenever skills are on cooldown.
- Team compositions:
- 4 supports + 1 attacker
- 4 attackers + 1 support
- 2:2:1; where 1 switches depending on boss
- Proposed Team Composition: 3:2 ratio of either red or violet on any side. Buff>Attack>Normal at all times and brute force your way to the last boss. The important thing is to keep all skills at cooldown at all times.
- From my playthrough, 4 supports seem to work better rather than 4 attackers as the buffs stack and therefore the damage is higher and more concentrated (reaching up to 100K). I would, however, appreciate any input from others to either support this statement or provide a better way of clearing the dungeon in less than 3 minutes. Mechanics are haywire right now.
- The key takeaway here is to pay attention to the prompts on the screen and adjust your team accordingly while at the same time, avoid wasting any precious second to keep the DPS up. We want to melt the boss' HP as fast as possible.
Other Notes
- We could kill the first/second boss in 40-45 seconds during some playthroughs but IDK what we were doing during that time since I was still unsure of the mechanics. The only reason I'm saying this is to inform everyone that 3-min is doable, spend a max of 50-55 secs on each boss and leave a few secs of space for running (< 5 secs).
- The time starts immediately after your character can move and even during pop-up dialogues. Be quick but pay attention!
- Trying out suggested team compositions from other guides didn't quite work all the time hence why I'm assuming that the boss immunities aren't the same for any instance. The pop-ups dictate what Unit we should use.
- If only there was voice support in-game. Typing while in the dungeon kills time. ):
